Tally never touches money
Tally is a scorekeeping tool, not a gambling app and not a payment service. It keeps the score for competitions that happen in the real world, among people who already know each other.
Specifically, Tally does not:
- accept, hold, transfer or process any money
- take any cut, fee or share of any prize
- offer odds, act as a bookmaker, or settle any bet
- contain any game of chance — no wheel, dice or cards
- sell in-app currency or credits
Any money involved — an entry fee, a prize, a friendly wager — changes hands directly between the people involved, offline. Tally only records information, the same way a whiteboard or a group chat would. You must be 18 or older to use it.
