Questions people actually ask
Do I need Pro to join my mate's game night?
No, and you never will. Joining is free for ever — the whole live night works exactly the same whether you pay or not. Pro is for people who run nights, and for people who want their long-term record.
What happens to my stats if I do not pay?
They keep counting. Every night you play still goes on your record — you just cannot open the detail until you go Pro. Nothing is ever deleted, and the moment you subscribe it is all there waiting.
What happens to events I already created?
Nothing at all. Reaching the limit stops you creating the next event — it never touches a night that already exists, and it never affects the people who joined it.
Why is the annual so much cheaper?
Because a night out is seasonal, not a monthly utility. Most people run a few nights a year in bursts, and we would rather charge less for a year than more for the months you actually use it.
Does Tally take a cut of the pot?
Never. Tally does not accept, hold, transfer or process any money, and takes no share of any prize or entry fee. That is a hard rule the app is built around, not a policy we could change. All money changes hands directly between the people involved, in the real world. We charge for the app and nothing else.
